Cottage. C17. Roughly coursed rubble Doulting stone, double Roman clay tiles, plain gabled roof. 2-storey 2-window
front, entrance door, boarded and rubbled in plain surround on right. 2- and 3- light C19 casements in stone mullion
windows to ground floor; 2-light, 8-pane wood casements to first floor. To the right approximately 2.2 metre high,
coped coursed rubble boundary wall, with entrance on right through pointed, stone arch. (VAG Report, Unpublished SRO,
