House. C18. Ashlar Doulting stone with cornice and coped parapet and Welsh slate gabled roof with copings and ashlar
end chimney stacks. 2-storey 3-window front with central entrance. 4-panel bolection moulded door with semi-circular
fanlight set in keyed arch surround. Sash windows with glazing bars, semi-circular head to window over door. Ashlar
stone, approximately 1 metre high, coped flank walls with 1.2 metre high corner piers with cross gabled caps. Front
boundary; single spear head iron railings or chamfered plinth and matching iron gate.
