Cottage. Mid C19. Lime washed, coursed rubble Doulting stone and stone slate gabled roof with end ashlar stone chimney stacks, left hand stack with moulded cap. Single storey and attic, 2 window front with gable roofed dormer window to left, off centre entrance. 2-light, 6-pane casement windows, generally with chamfered stone lintels, right hand window has timber lintel. Horizontally divided door under that stone hood slab supported on projecting ashlar stone reveals.
