Cottage and walls. Mid C18. Coursed rubble Doulting stone welsh slate, coped gables with end ashlar stone chimney
stacks in 2 stages. 2-storeys, 3 window front with central entrance door, 8-panel, top 6 panels glazed, under a C19
gabled wooden hood. 4-pane sash windows in plain stone frames, central first floor window blocked. Coursed rubble
Doulting stone boundary wall, 1 metre high and free stone coping across frontage and right hand return.
