Coursed rubble, double-Roman tile roof, 4 brick stacks one rendered. 2 storeys, 3:4 bays, 12-pane sash windows in bead-moulded stone surrounds to first floor, 3 C20 casements to ground floor, that to left under a broad wooden lintol. Door opening to right in a bead moulded stone surround with an emphasised keystone, segmental stone hood on cut stone brackets, broad studded plank door. Continuous 2-storey outshut of lower height to left, broad segmental headed door opening to ground floor in brick surround, double plank doors, small hay-loft door to first floor, plank door. Large C19 wrought iron bracket to centre of frontage carrying a painted wooden signboard.
