Chest Tomb. Early C19. Doulting stone. Rectangular plinth, 6 panels set between 2-stage buttresses, hollow chamfered
pointed arches with heraldic shields to ends and slate infill panels set back side of gothic cross on both sides.
Flat, moulded top. Paved surround with rounded top edging stones. Railings removed. Dedicated to Thomas Meade 1839,
Catherine Meade 1839 (wife) Mary Meade 1849 (daughter of R J Meade) and Mary Meade 1872 (daughter of Thomas and
Catherine).
