10/10 Ham Street House

GV II

House. Probably C17, rebuilt early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, double Roman tile roof, wide bracketted eaves, 3
brick stacks. Two storeys; 1:3 bays; that to left in a projecting wing with a front facing gable, 3-light casement to
first floor, ground floor obscured by a gabled single storey addition which is not of special interest; right 3 bays
with flush mounted 16-pane sash windows under wooden lintols except French windows with glazing bars to right under a
wooden lintol; additional casement with glazing bars to left of ground floor. Door opening to left of right 3 bays,
studded plank door in a wooden architraves; gabled dressed stone hood, segmental outer opening with key, on 2 squared
rubble colunms.
