Farmhouse. Early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, tile roof, coped verges, end brick stacks. Symmetrical frontage.
Three storeys, 3 bays, 12 and 16-pane flush mounted sash windows; keyed openings except to second floor; large window
to centre of first floor with semi-circular head. Central 6-panelled door, slab hood on cut stone brackets. Pair of
tall dressed stone gate piers at right angles to left of frontage, cast and wrought-iron gate with cresting.
