(Marked on OS map as Surgery), School, now house. Late C18/early C19. Roughcast, slate roof, coped verges, single
ashlar and 2 brick stacks. Three storeys; symmetrical frontage to Church Street of 2 bays, 9 and 12-pane sash windows,
of decreasing height, in stone architraves. Door opening to left return; 5-panelled door in a similary moulded stone
architrave, triangular pediment over; adjacent to right a 12-pane sash window; similar sash window to centre of first
