House. C18 features, core earlier. Random rubble, pantile roof, coped verge, central rendered stack and a brick stack.
Two storeys, 3 bays, 3-light casements to first floor, those to each side with balconettes of wood and cast-Iron;
16-pane sash windows to ground floor in painted brick surrounds, thin wrought-iron balconettes. Central door opening in
a chamfered dressed stone surrround, plank door.
