Mill and house, now house. Probably medieval; substantial alterations of C17, further C19 and C20 work. Coursed rubble,
hipped and gabled triple Roman tile roof, some large dressed quoins, 2 brick ridge stacks, L-plan. Entrance frontage to
west; 2 storeys and attic in C20 gabled dormer, 3 bays, 3 and 4-light casements. Two door openings, to left glazed
door; to right plank door with a glazed panel, cambered head, in a shallow projection. Interior with a cross beam
ceiling; some remains of an early roof.
