GV II

Elevated causeway. Mid/late C19. Squared rubble with some ashlar. Segmental archway, rubble voussoirs, strapwork
parapet on corbels to West side only; pair of gate piers to South end, hipped caps, paired wrought iron gates with
spear caps, short section of railings each side with scroll decoration. Short section of serpentine parapet to North
end. Formerly carried an approach to Westholme House (qv). Included primarily for group value.
