Cottage. C16/C17. Coursed and squared rubble, coped verge, thatch, 2 brick ridge stacks. Single storey and attic, 3
bays, 2 and 3-light casements, those to ground floor under C20 concrete lintols, those to first floor C19 under
"eyebrows". Door opening to right return, C20 door. Short section of rubble wall at right-angles to left of frontage,
pantile capping. Interior with 2 inglenook fireplaces, roof with windbracing.
