House with attached range of outbuildings. Late C18, though core probably earlier. C20 roughcast, coped verges, slate
roof, brick end stacks. Symmetrical frontage to house at right angles to highway. Two storeys and attic, 3 bays, 4 and
16-pane sash windows in slightly raised surrounds. Central door opening, 6-panelled door, top 4-panels glazed.
Contiguous outbuilding to right of frontage; 2 storeys, 2 bays; slate root in 2 sections, coped verge, brick stack
rising at eaves height. Casements, lean-to on ground floor. Section of garden wall at right-angles to frontage between
house and outbuildings, rubble, dressed coping ranged up adjacent to house; further short-section of similar wall at
roadside, at right-angles to left of frontage of house.
