House and shop, now house. Early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, slate roof, wide bracketed eaves brick ridge stack.
Two storeys, single bay, 16-pane sash window to first floor, large canted 10-pane projecting bay window to ground
floor, faciaboard and cornice, lead capping. Door opening to right, 8-panelled door, transomlight. Forecourt wall of
upright lias flags.
