Dovecote. Probably 1578 for Sir John Sydenham, C19 alterations. Random rubble, triple Roman tile roof. Rectangular on
plan. Two-stage buttress to South-East corner; door opening in a 4-centred head dressed stone surround to South
elevation, recessed ribbed door. Paired plank doors to North elevation; above openings for doves. Interior completely
lined with nesting holes, later floor inserted.
