House. Early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, pantile roof, coped verges, end brick stacks. Symmetrical frontage. Two
storeys, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows to first floor, 16-pane sash windows to ground floor, wedge lintols. Central
semi-circular head door opening, 6-panelled door, fanlight with radiating glazing bars. No. 12 attached to left return
is not of special interest. Railed forecourt, each rail with a spear cap, urn finials at intervals, central gateway,
gate missing at time of resurvey (November l984).
