Former coach house, now part of garage premises. C19. Random rubble, some freestone dressings, hipped slate roof.
Symmetrical frontage. Two storeys, 2:1:2 bays, centre breaks forward under a coped gable. Outer bays to ground floor
with semi-circular heads, sash windows with glazing bars, lower sash blocked on 3 windows; on first floor small
segmental- headed hay-loft openings, plank doors. Wide elliptical-headed carriage opening to centre of ground floor,
now partially blocked, C20 casement; above hay-loft opening, plank door.
