(Incorrectly marked on O.S. Map as Fair View House). Cottage. C18. Coursed and squared rubble, pantile roof, coped
verges, single rendered and single brick stack. Two storeys, 3 bays, 2-light moulded stone-mullioned windows, to ground
floor with cornice drips. Door opening to left return, stone doorcase, triangular pediment.
