House. Early C19. Random rubble, coped verges, slate roof, end brick stacks. Symmetrical front; 2 storeys, 3 bays,
virtually flush counted 12-pane sash windows, exposed sash boxes, wooden lintols. Central door opening, wooden lintol,
6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed. One-and-a-half storey outshut to left, C20 double Roman concrete tile roof; broad
segmental headed opening to ground floor, rubbed brick voussoirs, freestone key, paired plank doors.
