House, now derelict. C18. Rubble, dressed quoins, hipped single-Roman tiled roof. Single bay, 2 storeys, 2-light
edge-moulded stone-mullioned window to first floor, reused 3-light reserved chamfer stone-mullioned window on ground
floor. Door opening to right in plain wooden architrave, plank door, principally included for group value.
