13/35 Millards Hill House
- II

House. Cl6, C17, C19, C20 alteration and addition. Rubble, stone-tiled and slate roofs, stone and brick stacks. L-plan.
West elevation of 1:1 bays, 2 C20 windows of a single light in plain freestone surrounds, a 3-light reserved-chamfer
stone-mullioned window, and a small sash window with glazing bars in a freestone surround. C20 door in single-storeyed
double-roman tiled addition to left. Chamfered door opening to east with a 4-centred arch head, studded plank door.
Interior with some C20 modification but retaining early features including ceiling beams with chamfers and stops;
fireplace with a broad wooden bressurer evidence of a former timber-framed smoke hood. (VAG report, unpublished SRO,
