Stables, now house. Former ornamental lead rainwater head, dated 1784, the rain goods now replaced, c1960, in
cast-iron. Ashlar, hipped slate roofs, cornice, parapet. L-plan, Gothick. Each inward facing elevation with 5 openings
to first floor, centre ones circular, others oval, emphasised surrounds, casements with radiating glazing bars. Wing to
left with 4 semi-circular head 2-light stone-mullioned windows, Y-tracery, casements with glazing bars, central
semi-circular head door opening, ribbed door. Right wing with 3 wide elliptical-headed openings, double plank doors, 2
conforming windows. Rear elevations with mid C20 fenestration. Right return with half-glazed door on first floor
reached by flight of stone steps with iron handrail. Part of the former estate of Westcombe House, now demolished.
