Cottage. C17, C19 refurbishment. Coursed rubble, freestone dressings, coped verges, double-Roman tile roof, finials,
tall ashlar stacks, one exposed chimneybreast. Single storey and attic, 3 windows on ground floor, gabled attic dormer
with coping and a shield in relief to the gable face, 2 and 3-light moulded stone-mullioned windows, except
single-light opening to right of ground floor, cornice drips, iron casements to some lights. Door opening in a moulded
4-centred arch surround, freestone, plank door, double-Roman tiled pentice on 2 slender wooden posts. Similar
fenestration on right return.
