Cottage. Two stones on first floor with dentil surrounds, raised lettering, to left initials:- "D.T.I.H.", to right:-
"l637". Rubble, double-Roman tiled roof, coped verges, brick stacks. Two storeys, bays, 2 and 3-light moulded
stone-mullioned windows, stopped labels, casement to each light, 2 single- light openings with casements, one in a
rough stone surround, one with a freestone surround with a cornice drip. Central door opening, C20 plank door.
Stair-turret to rear with a winder staircase. Inside 2 fireplaces with wooden bressumers; door to ground floor with 2
fielded panels.
