Shop and house. C16, C17, late C18 alterations. Timber framed, rendered, exposed close studding with middle rail,
continuous jetties to first and second floors, beams exposed; jetty to ground floor under-built in brick; arch braces
to left return, pantile roof with wide overhang to left gable. 3 storeys, 3 bays, 3-light casements to second floor,
2-light transomed casements to first floor; leaded lights. Shop front of 36-lights to ground floor, 2 door openings to
right; half glazed door with transolight; 6-panelled C18 door, 2 panels glazed in a moulded and stopped wooden
surround. Two storey single bay rubble wing to right, flush moulded 12-light sash windows, some glazing bars missing.
Building under restoration at time of re-survey (December 1983. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, November 1982).
