Shop and house. C16/C17, refronted late C18, C19 alterations. Rendered, parapet with plain coping, hipped pantile roof
Three storeys, 2 bays, flush-mounted 4-pane sash windows with marginal lights; late C19 double bayed shop front to
ground floor, central glazed door. To right of shop front a ribbed and studded C16/C17 door in a moulded surround,
stopped to base. Core of building probably timber framed, evidence of an under built jetty on ground floor. (VAG
report, unpublished SRO, Oct 1982).
