GV II

House, now restaurant. C15/C16, early C19 alterations. Rendered, pantile roof, ridge at right angles to frontage,
tall rendered stack springing from eaves to left, 2 further brick ridge stacks. Two storeys, one bay frontage under a
gable, flush mounted 12-pane sash window to first floor which overhangs slightly, renewed C19 double shop front to
ground floor with 9-light window to each side of a C20 glazed door, narrow faciaboard overall. Three bay return to
Moorland Street (qv), C20 2-light casements with glazing bars to first floor, 2 flush mounted 12-pane sash windows to
ground floor; 2 door openings, to right a 4-panelled door in a moulded surround, open pediment on brackets; to left
vertical plank door with a central glazed light, open pediment on brackets. North wall of first floor is timber
