House, now flats. Early C19, late C19 alterations. High rubble plinth, roughcast scribed as ashlar to ground floor,
smooth rendered and scribed as ashlar to first and second floors, moulded cornice, parapet with plain coping, coped
verges, pantile roof, rendered end stacks. L plan, symmetrical frontage. Three storeys and basement, 3 bays, sash
windows, the top sash of each with a segmental head. Central elevated door opening, 4-panelled door in a semi-circular
headed recess, fanlight, open triangular pediment on brackets springing from a plain stone surround. Double set of 6
stone steps to door, plain wrought-iron railings. Restored C20. Short section of early C19 wrought and cast iron
railings to each side of frontage. 2 urn finials.
