GV II

House. Early C19 painted rubble, pantile roof, coped verges, brick end stacks. Double pile plan, symmetrical frontage.
Two storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane flush mounted sash windows to first floor, late C19 2-light casements with glazing bars to
ground floor. Central door opening, 4-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed; decorative iron and wood "trellis" porch,
metal "tent" canopy hood. Internal window shutters to left and right ground floor rooms, that to right with a fireplace
in an early C19 surround, register grate.
