Two houses, now house and cafe. C16, later alterations. Rendered, pantile roof, brick stack. Two storeys, 1:1 bays,
that to left in a projecting gable wing at right-angles to frontage; 2-light casement to left of first floor with
remains of leaded lights, single light 4-pane casement to right of first floor; C20 fenestration to ground floor,
segmental bow to right with glazing bars. Two door openings C20 half-glazed doors, Interior with chamfered and stopped
ceiling beams to ground floor rooms; roof with evidence of cruck construction. Included primarily for group value.
