Bridge over approach to a former quarry. Incised stone plaque to South side:- "Mountfieid Quarry 1842". Coursed and
squared red sandstone rubble; 2 semi-circular archways, roughly dressed voussoirs and jambs; carriageway over bridge
approximately 8 metres wide, rubble parapet one metre high to each side, that to South with a string on corbels at its
base, Access to a former quarry passed beneath the arches of the bridge,
