roadside at Lower Rydon Farm

House. C16, partly rebuilt late C19. Cob on a rubble plinth, render, double Roman tile and corrugated-iron sheeting
roof, rubble stack. Cross-passage plan. Single storey and attic and 2 storeys, irregular fenestration, C19 casements.
(At time of re-survey, March 1985, West gable wall has collapsed). Door to cross-passage from roadside with peak-headed
door frame, plank door. Interior with remains of a crucked roof. (VAG report, unpublished SRO, April 1977).
