Two cottages, now house. C17; C20 alteration and addition. Colourwashed rubble, thatch, one rubble and one brick stack.
Single storey and attic, 4 bays, 2 and 3-light casements, some metal, leaded lights. Door opening with plank door,
thatched bonnet porch on rustic posts. C20 four bay extension to left is not of special interest. Home of the poet Sir
Henry Newbolt until his death.
