Milepost. C19. Cast-iron, cast in Bridgwater. Large flat upright slab with
a cambered top; raised lettering facing roadside:- "GREINTON; OTHERY 3 1/4
M; TAUNTON 15M; GLASTONBURY 6 7/8 M; ASHCOTT 2 1/8 M". Prominent roadside
feature. Part of the Taunton Turnpike Trust.
