Manor house, now house. Late C18. Flemish bond red brick, coursed and squared rubble on returns, painted freestone
dressings, brick stacks with moulded stone caps, eaves cornice, plain-tiled hansard roof with coped verges. Symmetrical
Classical frontage. Two storeys, 1:1:1 bays, tall C20 16-pane sash windows to ground floor, squat C20 16-pane sash
windows on first floor, wedge lintols with emphasised freestone keys; centre bay breaks forward under a triangular
pediment, flanking grooved pilasters. Central door opening, panelled and glazed Gothick door, stone doorcase with
flanking fluted pilasters, keystone, shallow hood on consoles. Original interiors with simple features in coeval style.
Brick forecourt wall with freestone dressings, piers to each side and central gate piers with domed caps, C20
ironwork.
