House. Early C19. Rendered and scribed to resemble ashlar, colourwashed, end pilasters, colourwashed brick on returns,
wide bracketted eaves supporting troughing, coped verges, brick stacks, M-shaped triple-Roman tile roof. Double depth
plan; symmetrical frontage, 2 storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sash windows, stepped voussoirs. Central door opening, broad
with segmental head, rusticated jambs, stepped voussoirs, recessed, 6-panelled door with integral fanlight,
semi-circular head.
