To the north of the churchyard. The structure is said to date from 1308:
earliest features in present house appear to be C16 or early C17. Later alterations.
2 storeys. Red brick. Tiled roofs. 3 windows. Modern casements with leaded
lights to upper floor. Old oak doorframes and mullioned windows to ground floor.
Brick porch with pointed stone arch in centre. Attractive early C19 dining room
built on at the back,

All the listed buildings in Church Square together with the Church of
St Mary Magdalene and the listed buildings in Hammet Street form an extremely
important group.
