Early C19 front to older timber framed building. 2 storeys. Stucco. Cornice
with brackets, parapet. Old tiled roof, hipped towards street. Large C19 6-light
window to 1st floor with 4-light canted bay in centre. Dentilled cornice over
and carved brackets with pendants under. C19 double shop front with opening to
right into Pig Market Lane.

No 1A Billet Street, No 66 The County Hotel, the Brendon Bar and No "8ยจ East Street,
form an important group with the listed buildings in Cheapside, Fore Street and the
Parade.
