At right angles to the street. Mid/late C17 timber framed building. 3 storeys
with gabled front jettied over lst floor. Old tiled roof, bargeboards. Small
banded quoins. Each storey has an oriel with paired modern sash windows, no glazing
bars. C19 shop front.

No 1A Billet Street, No 66 The County Hotel, the Brendon Bar and No "8ยจ East Street,
form an important group with the listed buildings in Cheapside, Fore Street and the
Parade.
