Large mid C19 classical house on corner with Middleway. Haines Hill front is of
2 storeys. Twin pedimented gables with oculi. Roughcast. Slate roofs. Plain
corner pilasters. 4 windows, architrave surrounds. Cornices on consoles to ground
floor windows. Single lights in centre, triple lights to sides. Ground floor
windows to each side have trellised verandahs over. Casements with glazing bars.
Entrances in side elevations.
