Laburnum House & Cottage

1 house set back from, and at right angles to, the road. Probably late C18/early
C19, or possibly earlier. Gable end to street is a modern rebuilding in brick.
2 storeys. Coursed rubble walls. Hipped slate roof. 4 buttresses with setoffs
to ground floor. 3 windows with cambered heads, architrave surrounds and keystones.
Sashes mostly with glazingbars. Round headed door in centre with fanlight and
4-panel door. Second 1/2-glazed door to right with moulded architrave surround.
2 storey 1 window extension of lower elevation to right.
