Surviving west end of terrace on the south side of the street. Rounded corner
leading into Compass Hill. 3 storeys. Yellow brick. Slate roofs, eaves. 2 sash
windows per house with glazing bars. 4 windows to No 14 with painted window spaces.
Curved sashes on corner of block. Small canted bays of 3 lights each to ground
floor. Round headed doorways of one recessed order, 6-panel doors. Included as
a group.

All the listed buildings in Park Street (except St Paul's House form a group together
with Nos 2 to 18 (even) Wellington Road.
