Set in its ovum garden above the road. 2 storey yellow brick house with ashlar dressings,
Mid C19. Hipped slate roof with ridge cresting. Band over 1st floor windows.
3 windows with architrave surrounds, those to ground floor with curved heads.
Sashes with marginal glazing bars. Central doorway with curved head and massive
dripmould. Traceried fanlight and double doors.
