Early/mid C19 terrace adjoining Nos 82, 84 and 84A. Two storeys only. Stucco and roughcast fronts. Moulded eaves band. Plain pilasters divide fronts. Continuous slate roof. Two windows with centre window-space to each house. Three-light bays to ground floor. Sashes, glazing bars missing to No 72. Round headed doorways with six-panel doors. Ground floor trellised verandah with cresting to No 74.

Nos 64 to 84 (even) and No 84A form a group.
