Probably mid C19, retaining an older structure inside. Much altered. 2 storey
asymmetrical set at an angle to the road. Pebble dash. Tiled roof with
twin dormers to east, ridge cresting. Windows are mostly modern casements. Said
to have a good C17 or Cl8 staircase, roof timbers and Jacobean ceiling mouldings.
Included for group value.

Nos 1 to 14 (consec) Upper High Street, the listed buildings in Vivary Parkand
Mount Street form a group together with the School, Unitarian Chapel, he Lawn
and Mary Street House in Mary Street, and Wilton House and ornamental column in
Hammets walk.
