II GV

Late C18/early C19 2 storey stucco front with hipped old tile roof. 3 windows,
sashes with glazing bars. Doorway to right, doorcase with open pediment, traceried
fanlight and double 9 pane doors. Lower extension without windows to right and
with slate roof. A 2nd doorcase with open pediment, traceried fanlight and 6-panel
door possibly slightly later in date.

Nos 1 to 14 (consec) Upper High Street, the listed buildings in Vivary Parkand
Mount Street form a group together with the School, Unitarian Chapel, he Lawn
and Mary Street House in Mary Street, and Wilton House and ornamental column in
Hammets walk.
