C19 front. End pilasters. Eaves gutter cornice. Slate roof. Sill band to
2nd floor. 3 windows, 3-light canted bays to sides on 1st floor. Some original
sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor rusticated to sides and with modern double
shop front.

[Town Hall, Offices of Wellington Weekly News and Nos 1 to 5 (odd) form a group
with Nos 4 and 5 Cornhill.
