3 storey mid C19 red brick front with left hand side projecting forward. Moulded
eaves cornice with wooden gutter boards. Slate roof, hipped on right side of
projecting part. 4 windows including one in return wall in centre. Incised stone
lintels with keystones. One 3-light splayed bay on 1st floor to left. Sashes
without glazing bars. Modern shop front on left. Archway set back to right
has cambered head with incised stone voussoirs and keystone. Included for group
value.

Town Hall, Offices of Wellington Weekly News and Nos 1 to 5 (odd) form a group
with Nos 4 and 5 Cornhill.
