Built 1801 onwards by the Fox firm when the business moved from Bulford House
in South Street. 2 storeys stucco house with sash windows. Wide eaves. Shutters
to garden front. Wrought-iron bell turret on east gable. Later stone porch to
north front which also has a pedimented gable to hipped slate roofs.
